The mission of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE / ODIHR) will not take part in monitoring the so-called " elections " , which are under the control of militants planning to organize in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
This at a press conference in Kiev said the head of mission of OSCE / ODIHR Tana de Zulueta.
It is recalled that the mission works in the local elections in Ukraine on the invitation of the Ukrainian government on its own methodology. "One of the principles of the OSCE - we are always working at the invitation of a member organization " - explained de Zulueta.
"We can not accept invitations to any entity that is not a member state of the OSCE, and which can not provide the necessary conditions (for the organization and conduct of elections) ", - said de Zulueta, answering questions about what can the OSCE observers to participate as observers in the following psevdovyboramy in those areas of Donbass, which are not under the control of Ukraine.
