September 14 Chernivtsi City Hall will take place in the gallery of a documentary film about the life of the Scout-cyborg - Eugene Podolianchuk aka "Scout" who died September 14, 2014 restraining the enemies in the region of Donetsk airport.

He became a scout in the composition of the 3rd separate regiment of special purpose, and with the beginning of ATO went to the East to defend the territorial integrity of Ukraine. September 14, during one of the clashes with militants of the terrorist groups in the region of Donetsk airport, Eugene received a shrapnel wound to the head, which died on the way to hospital.

In order to commemorate the cyborg guy friends filmed a documentary about his life. The film tells of the early years Eugene and his adult life as spetspryznachentsya. They said Eugene did not serve in the army, he lived it. And gave their lives for an independent Ukraine.
